Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advance notice.  As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we will gladly rebook it for you.

If you miss two appointments without calling to cancel we will have to ask for an advance payment on your next appointment.
